I've attached my graphics settings if that may be of some help. I've tested this with no mods installed and used Steam verify integrity just in case and it still happens for me. Do you think this could have anything to do with my graphics card / graphics driver? Seems like a very odd issue to only be affecting this one style of hair. Video Card:

I have an M1 MacBook Pro (8 GB) and it works, but is a bit slow, even at low settings. It's definitely playable though. Maybe you need 16GB of RAM for it to play well. M1 Macbook should be faster than my 2 year old gaming laptop, which has GTX 1050 and is able to play CK3 on high settings flawlessly.
We have seen many other games from Paradox Development Studio like Stellaris, Crusader Kings II, etc. that also had issues related to GPU. However, it was not seen in Crusader Kings III. But unfortunately, the tale of GPU issues did not end, and it is back in Victoria 3. 100% GPU utilization is not such a huge concern, but in a strategy game
